TvhClient: Control and Stream TVHeadend from your iPhone
TvhClient is a free iPhone app developed by Luis Fernandes that allows users to remotely control their TVHeadend server and watch channels on their device. With TvhClient, you can easily perform common daily tasks and access real-time data from your TVHeadend server.
The app provides a range of features, including the ability to view streaming videos within the app or launch a third-party video application. You can also browse and list channels, view channel electronic program guides (EPGs), search for programs by title, and start, schedule, and playback recordings (DVR). TvhClient even allows you to check alternative times for any scheduled show.
In addition to these features, TvhClient lets you view the log and status of your TVHeadend server, browse your muxes, and playback any of them without needing a specific channel. The app supports TVHeadend versions 3.2 and up, and transcoding is available in TVHeadend 4.x versions using the server's profiles.
